ANIS offers several plastic baler models that bale plastic containers and film effectively, with great compression force and an additional tying device for crosswise wire tying.

They can bale PET packaging of up to 110 x 75 x 120-150 cm in bale size and weighing 400–500 kg. They can enable the loading of more than 22 tons into a 40” container.

The PET bottle perforator we ourselves produce is installed as a section of the feed opening and automatically shifts in and out when selecting the different type of material.

We also have Pre-Press balers (with Single of Double Prepress Flaps) which maximize material infeed density resulting in increased hourly production and improved bale integrity.
