Baler for Paper Mills

  • Do you need a large, heavy-duty baler for baling paper?
  • Are you interested in our dewatering system?

We manufacture Med & High Load Baler series, adjusted to your specifications, with:

  • Bale size: 110 x 110 cm, 110 x 75 cm and 75 x 75 cm
  • large feed opening 120 x 190 cm,
  • 5 needles horizontal tying devices,
  • compression force 110–205 tons, and
  • driving power 45–180 kW. 

Each baler can be equipped with a Jam-Clear Stamper an anti-blocking system for dealing with congestion due to an excess of loaded material.

We also offer smaller automatic channel presses without the binding device for extrusion of water from the waste (dewatering) during paper production.
