Industrial Cardboard Baler

An industrial cardboard baler compresses corrugated trim, shredded board and cardboard waste into dense, wire-tied mill-size bales directly at the production line. ANIS builds fully automatic horizontal channel balers for box plants, corrugated and packaging producers, printers and converters.

The Low Production Volume Baler series was designed to handle light trim and shredded material producing export-quality bales. Pressing force 50–60 t, feed opening 1,000 or 1,300 mm, bale size 750 × 750 or 1,100 × 750 mm.

The Med & High Load Baler series with three different sizes of feeding opening (1,300, 1,600 and 1,900 mm) was engineered to handle heavier board trim and shredded materials. Pressing force 60–200 t, bale size up to 1,100 × 1,100 mm.

Unlike a vertical cardboard baler, which is loaded by hand and suits shops or warehouses with occasional boxes, a horizontal baler is fed continuously by a suction system, conveyor or tipping device and ties every bale automatically. That is why it is the right choice when cardboard waste comes from production rather than from unpacking deliveries.
